Partner Network Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Verisaf Partner Network. By applying, accepting an invitation, or using any partner link, promo code or client tool, you agree to them.

You act as an independent business. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, agency, joint venture or authority to bind Verisaf. You may not sign, negotiate or commit to anything on Verisaf's behalf.

Commission is calculated on eligible net revenue only. Eligible net revenue is the amount actually collected from the customer, after deducting:

• the customer discount applied through your code or link
• taxes, VAT, GST and other government charges
• payment processing fees where the programme settings deduct them
• shipping, courier and physical-delivery charges
• non-commissionable add-ons and products marked as excluded in the programme settings
• refunds, partial refunds, credits and chargebacks

If an order is refunded, partially refunded, charged back or reversed for any reason, the related commission is reduced or reversed in full — including after it has been approved.

If a reversal happens after payout, Verisaf may offset the amount against future commissions or request repayment. Commissions remain on hold during the programme hold period and during any investigation.

You may describe Verisaf accurately using the approved descriptions published in your partner compliance centre. You may not misrepresent Verisaf, our services, our pricing, our timelines or the status of any certification.

• You may not guarantee, promise or imply that certification will be approved.
• You may not claim government approval, endorsement or authorisation unless Verisaf has authorised that claim in writing.
• You may not misuse ISO, accreditation, certification-body or standards-body names, marks or logos, or imply accreditation Verisaf does not hold.
• You may not impersonate a Verisaf employee, use a verisaf.com-style email address, or present yourself as Verisaf support, sales or an auditor.
• You may not use misleading urgency, fake scarcity, invented deadlines, fake reviews, or pricing claims that do not match the live Verisaf price.

Your promotion must be honest, permission-based and brand-safe.

• No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp blasts, cold automated messaging, forum spam or comment spam.
• No paid-search bidding on Verisaf brand keywords, misspellings or brand + keyword combinations without written permission.
• No domains, social handles, app names or pages that contain or imitate the Verisaf name or logo without written permission.
• Private or partner-specific promo codes may not be published on public coupon, deal or voucher websites unless Verisaf authorises it in writing.
• No incentivised, self-referred, fake, duplicate or test applications, and no referring your own business or entities you control.
• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typosquatting, ad injection, or attribution manipulation of any kind.

Customer and applicant information you see through the partner tools is confidential. You may use it only to support that customer's certification with Verisaf.

Before accessing, entering or submitting any information on behalf of a client, you must have that client's permission. Draft applications you create must reflect information the client has actually given you, and the client must confirm and sign their own declaration.

You must keep customer data secure, must not sell or share it, and must delete it on request or when your participation ends, unless the law requires you to keep it.

Verisaf may suspend your partner account, disable links and codes, withhold attribution and pause payouts while investigating suspected fraud, prohibited claims, chargeback abuse, data misuse or any breach of these terms.

Where an investigation confirms a breach, affected commissions may be voided and the account may be terminated.

Commission becomes payable once it is approved, past the hold period, and your balance is at or above the programme minimum payout.

You are responsible for supplying accurate payout and tax details, and for all taxes, duties, levies and filings arising from your commission income. Verisaf does not withhold tax on your behalf unless the law requires it.

Payout fees charged by your chosen method may be deducted. Payouts to inaccurate, unverifiable or sanctioned accounts will not be made.

Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice. Verisaf may terminate immediately for a serious breach, fraud, prohibited claims or reputational risk.

On termination your links and codes stop working. Commission already earned on eligible, non-reversed, non-fraudulent orders is paid on the normal schedule. Commission tied to breach, fraud or reversed orders is forfeited.

If you disagree with an attribution, commission calculation, reversal, suspension or payout decision, raise it in writing within 30 days of the decision, with the reference numbers concerned.

Verisaf will review and respond within 10 working days. If you are still not satisfied you may request one final internal escalation; Verisaf's decision after escalation is final for programme matters. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.

Verisaf may publish new versions of these terms. When a new version requires acceptance, partner tools are paused until you accept it in your dashboard. Your acceptance, the version, the timestamp and basic session metadata are recorded for legal evidence.
