Partner Network
Partner Code of Conduct
Six principles every Verisaf partner follows. Breaching them can pause your tools, void commission and end the partnership.
Be honest
Describe Verisaf as it is: a fast, affordable route to a certificate, with a human review step. Never promise an outcome, a timeline we do not publish, or a price we do not charge.
Be permission-based
Only contact businesses that expect to hear from you. No purchased lists, no scraped contacts, no automated bulk messaging, no misleading subject lines.
Be respectful of the brand
Use the Verisaf name and logo only as supplied in the compliance centre. Do not alter the wordmark, place it inside another logo, or use it in a way that suggests you are Verisaf.
Be careful with claims
Never state or imply government approval, mandatory legal requirement, accreditation Verisaf does not hold, or that ISO or a standards body endorses you or Verisaf.
Be protective of your clients
Get permission before entering a client's information. Keep their details confidential. Never submit an application a client has not seen and agreed to.
Be clean in attribution
No self-referrals, duplicate applications, fake companies, cookie stuffing or code leaking to coupon sites. Attribution abuse voids commission.
Prohibited claims
- "Guaranteed certification" or "approval guaranteed".
- "Government approved", "government mandated" or "official government partner".
- "ISO certified by ISO" or any wording implying ISO, IAF or an accreditation body endorses Verisaf or you.
- "Accredited" for products or tiers that are not accredited.
- Any pricing, discount or deadline that does not match the live Verisaf offer.
- "I work at Verisaf", "Verisaf support here", or any Verisaf-branded email, page or handle you control.
- "Legally required" — certification is a commercial requirement, not a legal one, unless the client's own regulator says otherwise.
- Fake countdowns, invented seat limits, fake reviews or fabricated case studies.
